Job Description Overview

The primary job of the Director of Administration is to oversee all fiscal and legal
affairs of Crossover Global. The Director of Administration is to ensure the effective
global stewardship of all entrusted funds, assets, administrative systems, and
compliance across all Crossover Global offices around the world. This role provides
oversight, alignment, integration, accountability, and support to each office
administration and finance teams, ensuring consistent financial integrity,
administrative excellence, and operational health in order to fulfill the vision of
Crossover Global to provide gospel access to unreached people groups through the
planting of multiplying churches.

Responsabilities and Duties

Global Finance & Administration Oversight
  • Ensure that all global fiscal matters—including donations, grants, staff funds, church-
    planting distributions, and operating expenses—are received, recorded, allocated, and reported with consistency and integrity across all offices.
     

 

  • Oversee global financial standards, ensuring accuracy in accounting systems,
    compliance, and timely financial reporting.

     

  • Provide consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reports to the Crossover
    Global President.

     

  • Lead annual audit coordination and ensure each office maintains compliance with
    their respective governmental and charitable requirements.

Compliance, Risk Management & Legal
  • Ensure all registrations, governmental filings, business licenses, and legal
    requirements are up to date across every Crossover Global office.

 

  • Oversee global compliance related to nonprofit laws, data security, fundraising
    regulations, payroll practices, and organizational policies.

     

  • Maintain and guard the integrity of Crossover Global’s nonprofit status
    internationally through proactive monitoring of legal, financial, and administrative
    risks.

     

  •  Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and accountability organizations.

Global HR Administration
  • Provide oversight and guidance for human resources systems, ensuring that each
    office operates with proper employment practices and local labor-law compliance.

     

  • Assist offices in maintaining employee manuals and personnel files.
     

  •  Ensure global staff have access to appropriate benefits as available in their country
    context.

Leadership & Culture
  • Lead, support, and coach administration and finance teams across all Crossover
    Global offices.

     

  • Build and maintain a unified culture of financial integrity, transparency, and
    administrative excellence throughout the global organization.

     

  •  Contribute to global strategy conversations and ensure administrative systems are
    aligned with organizational vision and missional priorities.

     

  • Promote stewardship, accountability, and gospel-centered leadership within all
    administrative practices.

Qualifications

  • A passionate follower of Jesus Christ with a proven devotion to daily spiritual
    disciplines.

     

  • Demonstrated passion for seeing unreached and unengaged people groups
    reached with the gospel.

     

  • Must adhere to the Christian faith and agree with Crossover Global’s Statement of
    Faith.

     

  • Significant leadership experience in administration, finance, nonprofit management,
    or global operations.

     

  • Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and work collaboratively across diverse
    countries and contexts.

     

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to relate well with leaders, staff, and
    international partners.

     

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
     

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, global leadership, nonprofit
    management, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.

Compensation

This is a full-time, salaried position (40 hours per week). Salary will be determined
based on experience and qualifications. Benefit packages include vacation,
retirement, life insurance, and option to join the company cell phone plan.
